We want to place food macro-algae as high-valued ingredients for the health and well-being of the society, and being part of the development of marine agronomy as leverage for the diversification and sustainability of aquaculture.
We are professors and researchers of BioCost, the research group on Coastal Biology from the Universidade da Coruña with the common goal of transferring our knowledge to the society. By this, we aim at creating wealth through the sustainable use of our marine resources, especially seaweed.
Our team is completed with professionals from the sea-industry with experience in processing and commercialization of sea-related products, so we understand the needs of the market.
